Stop following influencers with different body shapes:

You don’t have to follow people with different body types and feel bad about yourself. It’s not required at all; just follow those who inspire you in a certain way. Not those due to which you feel bad about your body. If you want to take fitness tips, follow fitness influencers with your body shape.
Furthermore, they will give you advice that will work on your body, which is essential. The goal here is to start loving your body the way you are; if you keep following people who do not look like you, it will make you hate your body.

Stop wishing for change:

Accept yourself as you are; this is the only way you will fall in love with your body. Every time wishing you had a different body will only make you feel depressed and disappointed. The day you say your body is perfect the way it is, things will change. You have to change your perspective towards yourself before you can change it for the world.
